Are you looking for a tasty dish and you do not have too much time? Prepare this tuna tartare with “taggiasche” olives and fresh tomato on a bed of buffalo stracciatella cheese. The preparation is very easy: mix 100g of fresh tuna fish already prepared for raw eating together with 30g of olives and 50g of sliced fresh tomato, of course with a little spoon of olive oil . Then place the mix on the stracciatella bed and put two leaves of fresh basil. You are all set! We suggest to accompain with a great white wine like KAID of Alessandro di Camporeale and of course with your best friends !
