A light idea for your breakfast: sponge orange and cinnamon cake

I love this cake because it’s sponge, light (no butter or others fats!) and easy to do. You needn’t scale because you will measure ingredients using a jar of yogurt. In a bowl whisk 3 egg whites with a jar of sugar until fluffy. In another bowl whisk 3 eggs yolks with a jar of sugar and a jar of yogurt, then add 2 jars of flour and 1 of potatoes starch. Continue to whisk and add grated zest and juice of a little orange and a teaspoon of cinnamon and finally a dose of baking powder. Complete the mixture adding gently the whisked whites. Cook in preheated oven at 180 C for about 30mins. Enjoy it with a cup of milk, tea or coffee!
