A sicilian Carnival dessert: “sfinci”

When I was child I always prepared sfinci with my grandmother...they are delicious! To prepare them mix 500g flour, 3 eggs, 25g of yest, 500ml water and half glass of sunflower oil. Wait about one hour to rise and then fry in abundant sunflower oil. Then roll in a bowl with sugar and cinnamon. Eat warm...enjoy!
